Sent EMails Missing

Hi.
Im running Directadmin 1.33.7 on a CentOS 5 (Final).
Some domains in my server are complaining cause they say that sometimes their "Sent Items" folder in the Webmails (Roundcube, UebiMiau, Squirrellmail) appears to be empty. Im checking in the server, "/var/www/html/webmail/tmp/<account>_<domain>_localhost/Sent" and its empty so i always have to restore the backup of the last day.
They are not using any software for the EMaiils, only the Webmail. I couldnt be able to replicate this by myself.

I'm a little lost here, cause its happening more often every day, in different email accounts in different domains.
Any ideas where could be the problem?

But there are some accounts lossing EMails.

Do anoyone know what can i do to look for the problem?
