Server compromised -> A Brute Force Break-in Attempt

Hello,

I am actually facing a problem on my server located at iweb datacenter.
The main node is actually running centos 5.4 using hypervm/openvz.
The IP is : 72.55.179.219

My server seems to be compromised, it's actually attacking other server trough ssh "Brute Force Break-in Attempt (ssh)".

I'm not too sure on how to resolv this, the first step I did is to change root password.

Iweb sent me a warning that they are going to disconnect the server if the activities continues in the next 24 hours.

Any help will be appreciated.
