Server not found

Check your firewall on the server. If you are not the server owner ask your hosting provider for help.
 
I checked my logs nothing shows up any specific log i should be looking at, i do have another website running on same ip and its working. And i can access the site by using ip/~username.

I just tried the url from webproxy and its working. Something on my system will check it out. Thanks
 
First thing to check is your local hosts file to make sure you don't have the wrong IP# hardcoded.
