Hi all ...
When i got my dedicated server i changed the hostname to a specific value.
Last weekend i upgraded everything in custombuild, directadmin and CentOS.
Everything went perfect. Yes.
However, today a client complaint that he didn't received his welcome email.
When i resend the message i noticed that the from address whas "[email protected]".
BCKL001 whas the servers hostname when the datacentre boys delivered this server. I changed that in the administrators settings. When i know look in these settings the hostname is set correct.
I have been looking all over the place, config files etc. but i can't find any reference to "BCKL001".
Any help on changing the "from" address when sending the welcome mails is highly appreciated!
P.S.: the system mails I receive from CSF firewall are correct.
