I have read this topic:
http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8138&highlight=adding+services
And this FAQ:
http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=487

Now i want to add teamspeak to the list of services..
TS is running in /home/tss/ and started manually with its own user and group.

If i add server_linux ( as its called in the list of running processes ) in the DA list, can i just start en restart and stop it?
Or do i need to do other things.

Im pretty new to DA and admin level and lower, also in linux so a little description with the answer is always welcome.

DirectAdmin expects to be able to manage services using the standard daemon management system for the OS on which it runs.

You might be able to implement that system (which it is depends on what OS you're running) for teamspeak; if you could, then DA would manage it.

Otherwise it can't because it doesn't know how.
