Set an Owned IP for Server Admin account.

Ok, so my site is the User account of the server admin account.

I am trying to bind an ip to be owned by this account so that I can setup a SSL Cert for my shopping cart/merchant account transactions.

However, I can find no documentation or instructions on how to do this. The Site-Helper page does not actually tell you how to set an IP as owned.

When i go to IP Management in the Admin section all i can do is share it or free it.

What am I missing here?

Login as admin and assign the ip address to the reseller account that owns the user. Then view view the list of user accounts and enter the modify page for the user you want to assign the unique ip address to and there will be a drop down box at the top of the page where you can select what ip address that user can use bases on the ips owned by the reseller.
