Set SSL via Letsencrypt for multiple domains at once via SSH

Hello,

I am in the process of migrating around a 100 domains to a new server, after importing each user the SSL certificate setting will use the certificate from the previous server without automatic renewal (as far as I understand).

Is there a way to enable automatic renewal (by default) for these and new domains?

However, this requires the setting to be set to "Shared Server Certificate on the SSL Certificates page. it must not be set to have a pasted cert, as this will be a fully separate system than the existing certificate requests."

So I would still need a way to change this setting for all domains, anyone?
