set_permissions stuck in Maildir

I am running ./set_permissions email, but it is stuck in the same Maildir and does not stop. See below for a short output (.Notes is just an example, it does for every directory in that account).

Code:
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/.Notes/cur domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/.Notes/new domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/.Notes/tmp domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./.Notes domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./.Notes/cur domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./.Notes/new domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./.Notes/tmp domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/././.Notes domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/././.Notes/cur domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/././.Notes/new domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/././.Notes/tmp domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./././.Notes domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./././.Notes/cur domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./././.Notes/new domain:mail 770 flag
set /home/domain/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir/./././.Notes/tmp domain:mail 770 flag

1) Did you change the output, or is that the actual output?
I ask because I'm not sure of /home/domains.. we'd usually see /home/username, so let us know if you just change it to that.

2) Can you paste us the following output:
Code:
cd [COLOR=#333333]/home/[B]username[/B]/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir[/COLOR]
ls -la
also manually check the script:
Code:
cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts
./set_permissions.sh maildir username /home/[B]username[/B]/imap/domain.com/info/Maildir

Thanks for your reply.

1) Yes, I changed the username to "domain"

The problem is fixed, there was a folder called "Some . crap".
