Setting SPF check in DA EXIM

Too many hosts still don't use them.

You can do it in SpamAssassin

If I were to do it today I'd do it in SpamAssassin rather than in Exim, because doing it in Exim will result in most domains not being able to send you email.

So I'd do it in SpamAssassin to add points.
