Setting up an FTP user...

I have tried until I dont know what else to do..I own a shop, and have another designer coming aboard..I dont have time to ftp all her files, so I need to set it up so that she can ftp her files to the shop folder..Only problem is I cant seem to set it up right, so that she can see the shop folder? I need her to have access to the download folder so basically its Shoppe/Download/ yet none of the ftp options let me get her to that place...Can someone please help me and tell me what to do???

You need to login at the user level, Click FTP management, and then Create FTP account,

Choose the username and password you would like for you designer, then to limit them to Shoppe/Download/ you need to do the following

choose the custom option and in the box they're should be /home/your-username

replace this with /home/your-username/domains/your-domain/public_html/shoppe/download/

I believe this is what your trying to do, if you need more help just ask
