Hello,
I got a rather profane problem I guess... I cannot set up the standard nameservers for my new server being administered by DA...
Now here is what I did:
IP-Managment -> Added a few IPs of mine dedicated to that server. Then assigned those IPs to admin.
Administrator Settings -> Set ns1.myns.com and ns2.myns.com for NS1 and NS2, set server.myns.com for server-name.
Then I went to DNS Administration set up a zone for myns.com including the 2 NS entries and 2 A entries including the IPs for the nameserver....
But when I go to reseller level when being logged in as admin and trying to set the nameservers there by "Nameservers" I won´t be able to do so since where it says:
With 2 Selected IP's: there won´t show any domain to choose, so I could choose e.g. ns1.myns.com and ns2.myns.com
It somehow seems as if the server wouldn´t exactly know what the main domain for admin is and therefor doesn´t know which domain it could take for nameserver, even though I set all up at Administrator Settings...
Does anyone have an idea how to solve that prob?
Or probably a step by step tutorial how to set up nameservers in DA?
