Settings for imap

Hi Guys,

I have tried using the settings supplied to set up my email In Outlook but they don't work. The only setting provided was mail.domain.com. no port settings etc. Any ideas on what to do? I have tried all the settings I could find online but so far no luck. Any ideas, please?

My domain by the way is a .co not a .com

Domain does not matter but the settings are
mail.domain.com is not fault but some email programs dont like it when you use it as in and outbound server name.

To do it easy way (IMAP)
1. Generate certificates for mail.domain.com / smtp.domain.com / pop.domain.com (and of course domain.com and www.domain.dom)
2. When you are using outlook (new versions above 2016 and up) just start the wizard and choose IMAP.
3. Fill in your username= email address
4. Fill in password
5. Enjoy

Some port info if required
IMAP
port : 993 for inbound (SSL)
port : 465 for outbound SMTP (SSL) (or 587 STARTLS)
