Setup autoresponder w/o catchall account.

I can't create an autoresponder with the default catchall settings which is "The sender is notified that the address doesn't exist"

I tried to create [email protected] as a autoresponder.
Any email send to this autoresponder address will get bounced.

Unless i setup a catchall email address.


Is the design? or a bug?

Have you created a user for that autoresponder or are you trying to use it with the default user?

I was creating a brandnew email as a autoresponder.

There is no such user in my pop email account list.

Do I need to have that email account first?

Yes. Auto-responders and vacation messages rely on there being a pop3 for them
