Setup IP's en DNS

Newby quastion on admin level.

I've a new server whit DA license an had to config the admin.
How do i config the IP's and nameservers??

I have 3 ip's::
1 ip for the server
2 ip's to use for the nameservers.

How to install this so i can use admins level to created new users???

Or tried the knowledgebase?

Or even searched this forum (here); I know the subject has been covered before.
