Dear All

I have searched a lot to find a solution for my problem. but unfortunately I couldn't find any hope.

In my server I have installed directadmin, and from directadmin when I create new users and send mails if there mails are out side domains like hotmail, gmail they can receive my server mails to there junk folder.

and if I send mails to the domains hosted with my server I does't receive mails.

hope you understand my problem. so someone please help me.

Kind Regards
Badheeu

It's just like that. Whether you're waiting a very long time that your domain will be automatically approved by Microsoft, Yahoo, etc. when many recipient confirms that it is an approved sender. Or, you must report it to Microsoft and everyone else in your domain so they put it into the white list.

There was a link where I did it on my domain to hotmail. But now I can not find it:)

But I've never had problems with Gmail users. They get emails right in their inbox

@badheeu,

The most common thing is bad PTR record for the server's. PTR records should be something meaningful, but not your provider's default. If your PTR records is something server.domain.com or any similar, than get sure that they can resolve it to correct IP address.

Please note, hostname should be likely the same with that in PTR record.

Thats not my biggest concern. my concern is not delivering Directadmin mails to local domains. how can I fix it.

I have all this right. But the emails still end up in the trash box at Hotmail and Yahoo. They must be contacted manually. There are bigger companies that also their emails going to junk. Therefore I doubt that this has anything to do with settings.

I must find this link, because it was so much information about the server in a form that could be sent to Microsoft/passport.net. :)

Months ago i have fixed that error somehow. but the setting was lost.
I dont know how.

server mails received to local domains those days , but now its not delivering.
