Since a few days Spam? in front of subject of received email

Hello, We're expericing this in some emails we receive.
And cannot figure out where this is added.
We're not using spammassin
We do not keep the email localy, it's being forwarded to our exchange server by DNS
No such rewrite in Exchange either.
