site frequently server not found

Hello to all
i newly buy vps (centos 5.5,directadmin)
directadmin control panel and veportal are working without any problem
problem is when create a site its frequently got server not found error
also other way too like ping at cmd check with ftp
but if chect with ip on ff address bar its show like bellow

my ip's
173.212.208.200,173.212.208.201
name servers are
ns1.spweb.info(173.212.208.200)
ns2.spweb.info(173.212.208.201)
make name server as godaddy guidelines

i check my domains with intodns.com
spweb.info ok other two like sound not good but i don't how deep that problem please see masters and give me an idea

For one you have no A records for your nameservers.

So you did not properly register them at your registrar.

Both of these do not resolve to an ip address:

ns1.spweb.info
ns2.spweb.info

but all three site open well without any problem
when site come with server not found error in mobile device like my htc(with opera mini)site found.?

Your server (the one that answers at 173.212.208.200 sand 173.212.208.201) doesn't have a records for either ns1.spweb.info or for ns2.spweb.info.
