site hacked

It appears to me that our server was hacked; I was using auraclesupport help desk and the directory where it was installed hacked and displaying some kind of an advertisment webpage. I scared and went to 'direct admin' gui to change all my email accounts password but I am unable to login to Direct Admin gui.

I reset the password of "admin" after login root user but even this password is not working on the direct admin gui.

Can someone assist please..... its extremely urgent problem as all my email accounts are not receiving any email anymore.

As a side note, the auraclesupport.com domain expired a week ago. Does anyone one if the product is still being maintained?
