Sites not showing up in backup area

Hello,

The screeenshot shows a page "Admin Backup/Transfer" from an admin level in DirectAdmin. It is supposed to list users only, not their sites. If you don't see a number of users there, then you might check whether or not you see them on a "Show All Users" page in the DirectAdmin.

I see on the screen that the hosting I am migrating to is open and running.

"Modify Backup Schedule"
I cannot see the user I am migrating to, that user is not there.

If a user account exists in directadmin and can be seen on the page "Show All Users", but is missing on the page "Admin Backup/Transfer" on an admin level in DirectAdmin, then it might be an evidence of a broken setup.

There was no user in the above location. I just added the username to the above location. It was seen in the backup area. I did not do anything else
