SMTP conection error

I cannot conect to my SMTPserver using windows mail. (on all my domains)
Get this error

Tilkoblingen til serveren mislyktes. Emne 'test', Konto: 'mail.*******.info', Server: 'mail.******.info', Protokoll: SMTP, Port: 25, Sikker (SSL): Nei, Kontaktfeil: 10060, Feilkode: 0x800CCC0E

In english SSL: NO
Contacterror 10060
errorcode 0x800ccc0e

POP3 and webmail works fine.
Have done a systemreboot and restart of Exim.

did not help.

Anyone know what can be wrong?
and of so. how do I fix it?

Your internet provider probably blocks port 25. Try port 587 instead.

You were right. my ISP was blocking the port.
but the other port didn't work with My server. but they opend my port so it works now.

You probably need to enable ssl and use the port AOL say to, if it's anything like Yahoo, Yahoo is 465 smtp and 995 pop3 both use ssl.

AOL automatically redirects all outgoing email through port 25 to their own email servers; if you're using AOL to send email, then contact them for support.
