What error are they getting back?

Is exim running?

You haven't blocked the port with a firewall, have you?

yes is running and no i did not block port

this start happening few days ago..

What error are you getting though? Are the emails being bounced?

When you log into DA as your box's admin, click on Log viewer, choose the Exim mainlog and take a look and see if you see any of the errors there as well.

Note to DA staff: Is the reject log just for incoming rejections or it for both ways?

This should better be a question for the creators of Exim; they can be reached here.

My understanding (and though I'm NOT part of JBMC Software [the authors of DA], I did write the exim.conf file used by DirectAdmin) is that all rejects appear in the rejectlog. They also appear in the mainlog. You can see exactly what gets logged in /etc/exim.conf, as I defined the logging parameters there.
