Hello everybody, I'm having a serious problem with smtp. I get error messages that e-mails cannot be sent, even signup emails.
This is the message that I get returned:
My first guess is that there's something wrong with the rdns, as some receiving mail servers accept the e-mails. I went to dnsstuff.com to quickly see where the rdns server problem might be(server-ip: 217.170.21.113). Strangely, my providers 1st rdns has the the correct information, but the 2nd has other information. I'm going to contact them tomorrow, but first I need to know if I'm thinking correctly. So the question is "am I thinking correctly?".
Thanks

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up, and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.
