Seems there are at least 2 issues.
One is only a warning which is the invalid date/timezone. This might be wrongly configured in the Directadmin options.conf so check the php_timezone= setting in there.
Also check your servers date/timezone and set it correctly.

However, this is only generating a warning. The problem is the error.

Login failed for [email protected] against localhost from 182.x.x.75. Could not connect to localhost:143:

It looks here as if roundcube is not running on localhost.

Can you post your /etc/hosts file content here?
