[solved] Trying to raise user’s send limit

A user just called me -- she can’t send any more emails today because she has hit the per-address limit of 200. I am trying to raise her quota via the control panel (HTM_EMAIL_POP_MODIFY), but I get this error when I change the “Send Limit” field to 500:

max_per_email_send_limit is -1 in directadmin.conf
/etc/virtual/limit is 1000. All told, her user account has only sent 236 messages today, but 200 have come from her email address.

How do I let her send more emails from her email address?

Had to set max_per_email_send_limit=500 in directadmin.conf.

Looks to me that you're changing global options to satisfy 1 user.
Maybe this would have been a better option:
