Hello,
I have a problem that some of my users may use weak passwords or just their devices full of viruses that can get stored passwords and use their email accounts to send spam.
I am using RSPAMD, I think if I add a list of bad words for outgoing / incomming mails I will protect my users. How I can do that? Is there a way to add badwords list to RSPAMD.
Note1: All my users is companys usually send 1-30 email "monthly" but spammer send arround 50 mail "daily". And also spammer login from countries out of my service area.
Regads.

Also teach your users to use better passwords. Users who don't suspend them regularly if sending out spam.
And you can also limit the amound of mails per day. If they usually send out 1-30 a month, then limit for example 30 per day.

However, you have to teach them. These solutions and tricks help, but do not prevent. You server will eventually get on RBL's and if that happens more often, it get's harder to get off. With Microsoft (hotmail/outlook/live) you even get the risk that they won't unblock you anymore after a certain amount of times.

So it's in your own benefit to teach your users and be strict about it on this part.
