I keep getting tons of SPAM claiming to come from citi.com and citibank.com.

I have enabled Spam Assasin on the domain and then added the lines below under "Email Blacklist" in the text box. I then saved the config.. I did this two days ago and I continue to receive SPAM with the from addresses of citi.com and citibank.com.

Can someone tell me what I did wrong?

Here are the lines:
*@citi.com
*@citibank.com

Thanks in advance for your help.
