Spam Filter does not work

Hi

From yesterday, I receive a lot of spam, with title like "xxxx legal drug(s) xxxx".
In directadmin Email Section, Spam Filter, I put "legal drug" and "legal drugs".

But I always receive spam with this subject.
To be sure, I copy/past the subject.

How can I verify if it works ?
If something wrong, where is it logged ? I've found nothing.

I think all spam filter does not work for me, on different VPS, because word or email are not stopped.
All my VPS are Centos 6 64 bits + Directadmin 1.46

Nobody has an idea for me ?
Because all spams with "legal drug" are not stopped, and I see no reasons for that.

They should be stopped.

Section spamassassin was inactive in 2 VPS in exim.conf file !
