Hello,
My customers receive a lot of Spam, even if theu use Spamassassin.
Does exim use DNSBL ? If yes should I also use Spamassassin ?

What can I do to reduce the number of received ???

Thank you for your help !

DA has SpamBlocker installed, and SpamBlocker uses multiple DNS-based blocklists.

Read some of the posts on SpamBlocker.

Implement it by adding the domain you want SpamBlocker enabled in the /etc/virtual/use_rbl_domains file.

If you're not the system admin you should ask your hosting company to do it for you.

Spam Problem

Thanks I will try Spamblocker.
is it possible to i Implement all the domain at ine time ? If not how can I add the domain in the /etc/virtual/use_rbl_domains file.
www.solutionglobale.com or solutionglobale.com or ...?
Thank you

Add domains in the same format they're in in the /etc/virtual/domains file.

You can copy the contents of one file to the other if you want to implement SpamBlocker for all your domains.

You can also buy the SpamBlocker Plugin; read the thread here.

I have to say I was "optiomistic" about the spam plugin there, but when i got it installed, and tweaked ( in like 10 minutes ) it worked GREAT out of the box.

Not only that, but their are LESS false posatives with this than with some of my larger customer's who use a Barracuda 300 Spam appliance ( at $2300 + $300 annual ).

*** You cannot go wrong with this, it works great and takes almost no care and feeding!

Now jeff, if we could just roll this anti-spam system into a 1U appliance standalone without DA we could market this puppy !

We can, especially with the additions and changes I'm working on.

Call me :) .
