Spam problem

hi guys,

I have spamassiasin,Mail Scanner, ClamAv and Exim configured and installed but I'm still getting huge amounts of spam over 30 mails per day per inbox

is there a way for me to start using SpamHause or Sorbs or any other of those spam filters or is there something else that I can do to stop this.
