Spamassasin autolearn=no ?

Hello.

I have been looking trough the mails I receive lately and more and more spam
comming trough.
I noticed that even on the spam tagged mails the "autolearn" option comes OFF.

Example :

X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=23.9 required=5.0 tests=BAYES_99,DRUGS_ANXIETY,
DRUGS_ANXIETY_EREC,DRUGS_ANXIETY_OBFU,DRUGS_DIET,DRUGS_DIET_OBFU,
DRUGS_ERECTILE,DRUGS_ERECTILE_OBFU,DRUGS_MANYKINDS,DRUGS_PAIN,
DRUGS_SLEEP,DRUGS_SLEEP_EREC,FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD,FUZZY_AMBIEN,
FUZZY_CPILL,FUZZY_MEDICATION,FUZZY_PHENT,FUZZY_VLIUM,FUZZY_VPILL
autolearn=no version=3.1.0

How can I turn the autolearn feature on ?
I found some lines in the : /usr/share/spamassassin/10_misc.conf stating :
bayes_auto_learn_threshold_nonspam 0.1
bayes_auto_learn_threshold_spam 8.0
and
bayes_auto_learn 1

But on all the mails I get I can se in the headers :
autolearn=no version=3.1.0

Why is this option OFF and how do I turn it on ?
