Can someone point me in the right direction?

I need to gain control of spam. Looking at the SpamAssassin web site...they'd like you to believe their product is really great. However, it seems that only a small percentage of spam is detected...even when I turn up the threshold.

Does it learn, is there something to update?

I'm using RedHat 9 and haven't really installed anything special as far as SpamAssassin goes. I assume it's the default installation.

How can I tell what version I have?

Is there some additional configuration to be done to make this software detect more spam?

Have you looked at SpamBlocker, included in DirectAdmin, and available on a per-domain basis, but not turned on by default.

While SpamBlocker is built in to DA, there's no control panel for it. There is however, a commercial SpamBlocker Plugin available.

Search these forums.
