Spamassassin can't determine user

Recently a client added a domain to his account. When mail is sent through the domain, I notice lines like this in /var/log/maillog:

How can I help spamassassin determine the user for this domain? I don't believe that it has the issue with any other domains.
 
A SpamAssassin forum or list might be a better place to find the answer; most of us are just users when it comes to SpamAssassin, and we expect it to work as advertised, just as you do.
