I've been trying to fight spam, the primary use case with domains hosted on our server seems to be external forwarders. And our server winds up on black lists, or getting nasty delays because of it.

I've added RBL blocking, I've fully updated SpamAssassin with CustomBuild2.0 and followed the instructions for updating the definitions and making a cronjob for that. From the headers it seems to be working, BUT ranking things which should be obvious very low and letting them through. What am I doing wrong?

Attached is an image of the headers.

Thanks, I may be misunderstanding but that sounds like it involves having an actual inbox and the end-user clicking "this is spam" or something similar.

...The problem I am having is with hosted domains who do not have an actual email that someone checks on the server, only external forwarders. I'm not sure how I solve for that.
