Is there a way to configure Spamassassin to use remote blacklists such as SPAMCOP?
We receive a lot of spam from I-don't-know-what's-that-country with a lot of unreadable characters:

The problem is these emails don't score high enough (about 1.0 point) to be blocked by Spamassassin. I figured these may be sent through hosts that might be blacklisted somewhere.
Any suggestions? I get about 30 emails a day with those unreadable characters.
