Spamd - user_prefs not changed

When we change a setting in DA - spamassassin, the changes are not applied in the user_prefs. It just copies the default user_prefs to the folder, overwriting the one already in the foler. I have no idea why it does that.

I have the same problem, latest DA on FreeBSD 6.3
