Squarespace email failure

Hi,
I've transfered my DNS from Rapidenet to Squarespace and since, my email won't work. I assume it's a MX problem but I don't manage to put MX records back correctly on Rapidenet. I try to contact them but they are unfortunately unhelpful. Would somebody eventually know how to fix this?

You should provide us your domain name.

Also, check intodns.com/DOMAINNAME if is really a MX record issue.

when I send test emails.


Only domain names should be redirected, not emails...

IntoDNS show a big huge red error on MX Record actually:

MX A request returns CNAME WARNING: MX records points to a CNAME. CNAMEs are not allowed in MX records, according to RFC974, RFC1034 3.6.2, RFC1912 2.4, and RFC2181 10.3. The problem MX record(s) are:
mail.glasgowstudio.com points to ['glasgowstudio.com']
This can cause problems

You cant set a CNAME for MX record, you must set an A record.

How did you set your MX record?
