If you want to allow ssh for your users on your server by default that is fine. That is already a feature in DA. If you want your users to be able to deny ssh access then use post number 5.
But I do not think that allowing something in the DA interface that can potentially cause harm is a good idea. The server admin should be forced to do it the "hard way" so that he thinks it through and knows all the ramifications.
We don't want inexperienced admins checking off something to "see what it does" and then end up with a ton of problems because they didn't think it through.
