SSI problem

Hi,

I have a customer complaining that SSI includes are not working correctly.

So the following index.shtml has the code:

<!--#include file="nav.htm" -->

But you cannot see it included. You can however see the nav.htm on the browser: http://wendywebsmith.ca/nav.htm

I cannot for the life of me figure out why this is the case. File permissions are all 755.

Can someone please tell me why this might be.

Has SSI been enabled.

I tried searching through all the posts but couldn't find any clear instructions.

Emailed DA support, and here is John's reply below:

mod_include.so was commented out of the main httpd.conf. Should be working now.
