SSL cert not working please help

i order a new cert and installed but still shows shared server cert


please advise

Sounds like apache might not have restarted. Try restarting it manually.

Also make sure the account you installed the cert on has a dedicated IP address?

this is for the main admin account

1. i restarted apache and DA [ notthing ]
2. ded ip ? how i set that up ?

ok i did a search here about ssl , having a little un derstanding how to setu

cert is installed , but do i have to move domain from admin > user level to reseller > user level ?

ok got it to work , but

now i like to use root/folder on main account and not subfolder to of main account

how can i do this

Like /home/username instead of /home/username/domains/example.com/private_html?
Or did you mean a different directory?
