SSL Certificate, error service:Use_https Stopped

After installing the SSL certificate, an error in the services service: Use_https Stopped, disappearing all the others services:

Directadmin Running
Exim Running
Httpd Running
Mysqld Running
Named Running
Proftpd Running
Sshd Running
Vm-pop3d Running

For example, who supplied your SSL Certificate? What instructions did you follow in supporting it?
