SSL Certificate problems

I have had a SSL on my domain for months. Today for the first time my site has gone live with Realex (a payment processor) also today for the first time a customer said her firewall gave a warning when she tried to access my site. I'll try to attach what she saw.
I've contacted my host and they said everything should be ok that her firewall is too particular etc.
Anyway, what I would like to know is how do I just keep my SSL cert on my shopping cart/checkout pages and leave the rest of the site with no (pad lock in the corner)
I need some serious help. Haven't a clue what to do now but it certainly doesn't look good. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Ruth

Ruth, if you tell us the site URL your client is typing in, we can do some testing and help you figure it out.

Also please tell us the brand of certificate you use.

Please help us help you.

Thanks.

Jeff

the url it is happening on is https://whitewitch.ie/page9_and_10.htm

The brand of certificate I use is:UNT-USERFirst-Hardware
The organization is:The USERTRUST Network
URL: http://www.usertrust.com

I would love to just have the SSL come up on the shopping cart checkout but even then there is a line through the padlock in the address bar. The weird thing is that for most of today there was no line going through the pad lock at the checkout and now there is.

Thanks so much for your help.

The only error I see is that you've had the cert issued to: www.whitewitch.ie, but you're calling the site as whitewitch.ie.

If I call the site as www.whitewitch.ie, I don't see any errors.

We've been selling Certs with the same Root and intermediate cert without problems for many years.

I had a look in the admin area and see where the site is called whitewitch.ie, There is a form field that goes www. ___________and then the domain name is entered in the space.
"Do not use CAPS, www, or http:// in your domain name."

Thank you very much for looking into it for me. If you find out anything else please let me know.

Hi, My Husband just explained what you meant and now I understand. You see I sent that url in a promotional email. I would normally paste the full url so never encountered that problem before. I just have to be careful to send direct links that include the full url.

Thank you!!!
