To set an HTTPS conection, for a secure website did i have to buy or get a SSL Certificate from any institution ? How it works ?

You can buy a cert from a CA (certification authority), or you can create your own.

If you create your own, then most browsers will show the user an error message letting them know the cert can't be trusted.
