Hi guys,

For lot's of domains I'm using let's encrypt configured through DA. It has been setup by going to the SSL page and then select the option "Free & automatic certificate from Let's Encrypt". However I noticed at one domain that the EMAIL certificate was expired (web certificate not yet). Upon checking the SSL page in DA I noticed this:

It seems it no longer knows this domain is configured to use let's encrypt! I checked a couple of other domains and it has the same problem! How can this happen? Can we debug this somehow? I'll need to restore one domain obviously but I can leave the others like this till they expire.

Hello Mattie,

Check and find time of the last modification of files for the domain under directadmin/data/users/ and try to-produce steps from directadmin logs. It might give you some clues or ideas.

Why do you think that it's not configured anymore to use Let's Encrypt?

Check notification below the "paste a pre-generated certificate and key" box.
There should be notification : "Let's Encrypt in use. Auto-renewal in XX Days."
