Stats not updating

have both awstats and webalizer installed set the task que for it to update every hr since there isn't much on server, and the stats are not updating on either.

How to get stats to update??

No. Nobody is answering because it has all been answered before. Search the forum, knowledgebase, and versions system. Also use google to search directadmin.com.
