Strange error while sending email

When users send email sometimes they got a error from smtp server with unknown error in Bat and error 0x80040109 in Outlook. And message stay in outgoing folder. This error sometime disappeared and back again.
But mail send every time even when this error even staying in outgoing folder. But I think that it's in configuration of Exim.
Maybe somebody hear or knows something about this error please answer me.

The only way to trace this is to know the error from the server end.

So you'll need to find the error in the logs and post here.

I found only one main log for exim (main.log in var/log/exim) and
I checked exim's logs and didn't find anything strange.
What logs do I need to check too?

If there's no error in mainlog corresponding to the time and date of the outlook problem then the server never heard from outlook.

Which probably means the ISP is blocking port 25.
