Sub-Accounts for /clients area and new Tickets

Hi everyone, we have released new ticketing system GUI to the default ticketing system address https://tickets.directadmin.com.

Key advantage of the new ticketing system GUI is responsive design. It should look better on mobile devices. All feedback regarding the ticketing system UI change is appreciated!

It is still possible to switch to the old system by clicking Old Version link.
