subdomain not working without www or not working

I have a problem with subdomains do not work without WWW but only for the administrator account level user, can someone explain why?

according to whois your nameservers are:

ns1.lannet.org.
ns2.lannet.org.

so you need change DNS zone on ns1.lannet.org/ns2.lannet.org

Or re-delegate the domain with your own NS.

As for www.poczta.starthost.pl - Clear your dns cache. I see the name resolve fine.

As for mail.starthost.pl - you need to add the DNS record on ns1.lannet.org/ns2.lannet.org
