suppend a reseller

hi, got a reseller not paying up, tried to suspend via show all users and list resellers, but either way also suspends all their accounts, not good as some of these need to stay on line very bad, how can i temp stop the reseller without affecting her clients ? thanks for your help!

There is as far as I know no way of turning off the suspension for a reseller's users, but you could temporarily change the users from that reseller to your own administrator account (theres a script for that somewhere, use the search function) and then suspend the reseller. That way those particular accounts will not be affected.
