Suspended a domain. Getting the warning / exclamation that its suspended and still the domain works!

As it says in the title: Suspended a domain. Getting the warning / exclamation that its suspended and still the domain works!

I restarted apache (thinking after suspending a domain I need to restart, but it still isn't working)

Note: its a subdomain -> subdomain.mywebsite.net

What am I missing?
