System Backup & Admin Backups?

Hi

What is the difference between System Backup and Admin backups of DA ? Currently I'm using Admin backup to takes backups of my client. I just want to know when I restoring backups of my clients is it possible to restore clients email setting , FTP settings , password etc .... ? Please advise me.

Full admin backup will backup all user settings (files, databases, emails, ftp etc.)
System backup - will backup server configuration.
